Hope all the site issues get cleared up now. I see that this area here where I type the content isn't picking up the spell check from Fx :(
So here goes...
If you know anything about US merchant accounts, you should know some major shit is going down & I'm NOT happy about it one bit.
I do everything in USD & I've had my US merchant account for years, but now b/c of whatever Obama is doing, all Canadian busineses will end up losing their US merchant account unless they are registed in the US which I'm not. I'm not prepared to pay taxes in 2 countries.
I don't know what other CND companies are doing, so I thought I'd come on here & see.
I am obviously going to have to use Alert Pay - http://www.alertpay.com/?1654 but I don't want to.
People can use it now on my site, but it's always been a backup solution, never the MAIN option. And since it's still not well known like Pay Pal is (can't use them), I'm sure this will cause me to lose sales.
Can anyone suggest something else?
I've already checked into everything & there's like nothing to choose from, or they don't allow adult & I'm not even really adult.
2checkout is "maybe" a solution, but dIdn't want to pay the signup fee & now it looks like there's a rolling reserve.
Yes I can go overseas, but again, just to get money is a $50 s/c every time.
I look forward to hearing from someone with tons of experience in the merchant account industry.
